What We Offer

Personal Training
These sessions are perfect for anybody who wants to get the most out of their training time, learn new skills and be held accountable to help them reach their goals. All PT clients receive full nutritional support throughout their journey included in their price, along with weekly check ins.
Prices:
- 35euro per session or 10 sessions for 300 euro
- Couples training sessions also available for 45 euro
Small Group Personal Training can also be accommodated. This is an affordable way to train hard and get results while either with a group of your friends or a small group of soon to be friends!
All PT includes up to 2 complementary group classes/week as part of your purchase to maximize your progress

- 20euro per person

Personalised Programming
Our programming begins with an online consultation to discuss what your specific goals and targets are.
We then provide an in depth 8 week custom program designed specifically to help you reach that goal. Your goal may be hypertrophy/ strength/ endurance etc.
This package is perfect for anybody who enjoys training already and doesn’t require the hands on approach/ accountability provided with 1 on 1 PT. It is also suitable for people with gym membership who need guidance and structure.

Group Fitness Classes
Our classes are trainers’ choice classes ranging from HIIT sessions to strength and conditioning and everything in between.
Prices:
- 14 euro/ class (walk in rate)
- Unlimited Classes monthly rate 85euro
- Student rate 65euro
Our Recipe of The Week
Vegetarian Tacos
This recipe makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250g Quorn Mince
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- 240g Red Kidney Beans
- 120g Green Lentils
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Cup Vegetable Stock
- Mini Wraps (2/Serving)

Optional Toppings (not included in nutritional information below)
– Cheese, Coriander, Taco Mayonnaise, Hot Sauce, Lime, Mango, Avocado, Sweetcorn
Method:
- In a pan, crush your garlic and add your onion. Allow to cook for 2-3 mins
- Add in Quorn mince and chopped bell pepper
- Mix and add in your spices, allow to cook for a futher 2-3 minutes
- Add in beans, lentils and chopped tomotoes
- Make your vegetable stock and add it to the mixture
- Mix and switch to a low heat and allow to simmer until liquid has reduced
- Serve in mini wraps and top with your choice of toppings
